About us

About Leander Roof Repair

A local roof repair company that works in Leander, TX every day. We find what is actually wrong with your roof, show you photos and put the estimate in writing before any work starts.

Who We Are

Leander Roof Repair is a roofing company focused on one job: fixing roofs in Leander and the neighborhoods around it, across ZIP 78641. We work on the homes you drive past every day, from Crystal Falls and Travisso to Deerbrooke, Mason Hills and Old Town Leander.

Every job is handled by a local crew that works in Leander and the neighborhoods around it, and every estimate comes with dated photos of what we found.

We focus on repair because most roofs we see here are 5 to 20 years old, not 40. A lot of them need a fix done right, not a full replacement. When a roof really is at the end of its life, we tell you that too.

How We Work

These are the rules every job follows, whether it is a single pipe boot or a full storm repair:

  • No door knocking. We don’t go door to door after storms. You call us.
  • Written estimate first. You get the estimate in writing before any work starts, including tarps. No same-day pressure deadline.
  • Dated photos of every problem. You see what we see, before and after the repair.
  • Metal flashing, not caulk. We fix the cause of a leak instead of sealing over the symptom.
  • Clean site. We run a magnet sweep for nails before we leave.
  • Straight answers. If your roof doesn’t need work, we tell you.

We Follow Texas Law on Insurance Claims

After a hail storm, some contractors make promises Texas law doesn’t allow. We don’t:

  • We don’t act as your adjuster or negotiate your claim. Texas Insurance Code 4102.163 bars a contractor working on your home from doing that. The claim stays yours.
  • We don’t waive, cover or “work with” your deductible. Texas Business and Commerce Code 27.02 makes that illegal.
  • We document damage with dated photos and can meet your adjuster on site if you ask us to.

The Texas Department of Insurance explains these rules in plain language.

Insurance, Licensing and Warranty

Texas has no state roofing license, so ask any roofer for proof of the items below. Here is what we will show you:

  • General liability insurance: a certificate sent directly from our insurance agent
  • Workers’ compensation: how crew injuries are covered, in writing
  • Workmanship warranty on repairs: the length and what it covers, written into your estimate

We’ll show you the certificates before work starts.
