Updated October 2026 · Leander Roof Repair, Leander, TX
Leander, TX (78641)
Leander is our home market, and most of our work is here. The city straddles the line between Williamson County and Travis County, and it has grown fast, from 60,868 people in the 2020 Census to about 80,000 by 2023. That growth means a lot of roofs that are now 5 to 20 years old, many of them builder-grade, and many in the path of the hail that crosses the area most springs.
Neighborhoods in the May 2025 hail path
Deerbrooke, Carneros Ranch and North Creek Ranch took the worst of the May 16, 2025 storm. Hail up to 3 inches fell in north and central Leander, with 2.75-inch stones measured in Deerbrooke, 2-inch hail in Carneros Ranch and golf-ball size near North Creek Ranch. 1.5-inch hail was reported near Plain Elementary. If your roof in these areas hasn’t been checked up close since, start with our hail damage roof repair page.
Old Town and central Leander
Old Town Leander, the homes off Bagdad Rd and the streets around Leander Station (the Capital MetroRail Red Line stop) and Devine Lake Park have some of the oldest roofs in the city. Older shingles and older flashing details mean more leaks at chimneys, pipe boots and walls. See roof leak repair.
Crystal Falls
Crystal Falls, including the Fairways, Highlands and Boulders, has some of Leander’s most mature live oaks. Branches rub shingles and drop limbs onto roofs in wind and ice, and leaves pack valleys and gutters. Many homes here have complex rooflines with several valleys and walls, which are common leak points.
Master-planned communities
Travisso, Bryson, Mason Hills, Lakeline Ranch, Benbrook Ranch, Palmera Ridge, Larkspur and Savanna Ranch were mostly built in the last 20 years. Problems we see here include builder-grade installs: nails driven high, ridge vents set off-center and flashing that relies on caulk. Most of these communities also have HOA architectural rules for any change in shingle color or material.
Northline and commercial Leander
The Northline district and the retail and office buildings along US-183 and the 183A Toll mostly have flat or low-slope roofs. We handle repairs there as well.
Cedar Park, TX (78613)
Cedar Park borders Leander to the south, along US-183, the 183A Toll and Lakeline Blvd. Its housing is older on average than Leander’s, with many neighborhoods built in the 1980s and 1990s, so more roofs here are on their second or third set of shingles. That means more decking checks during replacement and more leaks at aging flashing and pipe boots. Cedar Park sits in the same hail corridor as Leander. On May 28, 2025, golf-ball-size hail was reported near Leander and Cedar Park.
We cover roof repair, leak repair, hail and storm damage, and replacements across Cedar Park, including Buttercup Creek and Twin Creeks. A dedicated Cedar Park page is coming soon.
Liberty Hill, TX (78642)
Liberty Hill sits north and west of Leander, up US-183 and along State Highway 29. It’s a mix of fast-growing master-planned communities, such as Santa Rita Ranch, and older homes on larger lots. More of those homes, barns and shops have metal roofs, and open country means stronger wind exposure. Most of our work there is metal roof repair, wind damage and new-build roof problems.
A dedicated Liberty Hill page is coming soon.

Service Area FAQs
Do you work on both the Williamson County and Travis County sides of Leander?
Yes. Leander crosses both counties, and we cover the whole city, ZIP 78641.
Do you charge more to come to Cedar Park or Liberty Hill?
Every job is estimated after we’ve seen the roof, and the written estimate covers everything. If travel affects the estimate, we’ll say so before you book.
Do you need my HOA’s approval before working on my roof?
For like-for-like repairs, usually not, but check your HOA’s rules. For a change in shingle color or material, most Leander HOAs, including Crystal Falls, Bryson, Travisso and Mason Hills, need architectural approval first. We supply the product specs they ask for.
Can you work on my roof if I’m not home?
Often, yes. Exterior repairs can usually be done while you’re away. We send dated photos of what we found and what we fixed. Leak repairs that need an attic check are easier with someone home.
